A forest bathing trip is a short, leisurely visit to a forest and is regarded as being similar to natural aromatherapy. Studies show that forest bathing can strengthen the immune system.
“森林浴”就是到森林里放松地走一走,其效果被認(rèn)為與自然芳香療法類似。研究顯示,“森林浴”能夠增強(qiáng)人的免疫系統(tǒng)。
A forest bathing trip involves visiting a forest for relaxation and recreation while breathing in volatile substances derived from trees, which can lower stress and make people feel at ease. Experience shows that the scents of trees, the sounds of brooks and the feel of sunshine through forest leaves can have a calming effect.
“森林浴”的內(nèi)容主要是在森林里放松、休閑,同時(shí)呼吸樹木散發(fā)出的揮發(fā)性物質(zhì),這些物質(zhì)能夠幫助減輕壓力和放松心情。實(shí)踐證明,樹木的味道、河流的聲音以及陽光透過樹葉照進(jìn)來的感覺是有鎮(zhèn)靜功效的。
Incorporating forest bathing trips into a good lifestyle was first proposed in 1982 by the Forest Agency of Japan. It has now become a recognized relaxation and/or stress management activity in Japan.
將“森林浴”融入健康的生活方式當(dāng)中這個(gè)理念是在1982年由一家日本森林經(jīng)紀(jì)公司提出來的?,F(xiàn)在,“森林浴”已經(jīng)成了日本國內(nèi)公認(rèn)的一種放松減壓活動(dòng)。
