Obesity from overwork describes the situation that many office workers become overweight, or even obese due to overwork, excessive sitting and pressure. Overwork and excessive sitting can also lead to cardiovascular disease, diabetes and other conditions.
“過勞肥”指很多辦公室職員因?yàn)檫^度勞累、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間坐著以及壓力太大而變得超重,甚至肥胖。過度勞累、長(zhǎng)期坐著還會(huì)導(dǎo)致心血管疾病、糖尿病以及其他疾病。
Sleep inadequacy, irregular and unhealthy diet, and lack of physical exercises are the main factors that lead to obesity from overwork.
睡眠不足,飲食不規(guī)律、不健康,少運(yùn)動(dòng),都是“過勞肥”產(chǎn)生的主要原因。
