國內(nèi)外有好多歌曲都以“彩虹”為名，大概是因?yàn)椴徽撛谑裁次幕尘?，彩虹都是美好而絢爛的景色吧。在我們的生活中，有一群人被稱為“彩虹族”，他們能把生活過得像彩虹一樣美麗，也能把工作完成得像彩虹一樣漂亮。他們是怎么做到的呢？
Rainbow is seen as colorful and cheerful. So, rainbow clan refers to people who are good at finding a balance between work and life. They have a balanced and healthy diet, do physical exercises regularly, get enough sleep, and work with high efficiency,.
彩虹一直被視為色彩斑斕、積極向上的代表。因此，“彩虹族”指的就是那些善于保持工作和生活最佳平衡點(diǎn)的人。他們注重飲食均衡和健康、定期鍛煉，保證充足的睡眠,而且能夠保證很高的工作效率。
“Never make yourself a slave to wealth, enjoy every minute of your life” is their motto. In their eyes, career advancement and wealth accumulation coming from overtime working and bad health is just like pursuing one of the seven colors from a rainbow, it’s by no means a worthwhile way of life.
“不做金錢的奴隸，盡情享受生活”是他們的座右銘。在他們的眼里，通過超負(fù)荷工作和犧牲健康得來的事業(yè)成就和財(cái)富就像是只追求彩虹中的某一個(gè)顏色一樣，是不可取的一種生活方式。
