A survey of 2,298 people showed that 70.7% people consider "gray skills", which refer to special social skills including drinking and flattering, important at work, the China Youth Daily reported Tuesday.
據(jù)《中國青年報(bào)》周二報(bào)道，一項(xiàng)2298人參與的調(diào)查顯示，70.7%的人認(rèn)為喝酒、奉承等“灰色技能”在職場中非常重要。
在上面的報(bào)道中，gray skills就是指“灰色技能”?；疑寄苤傅氖悄承┢髽I(yè)要求畢業(yè)生具備的諸如喝酒、唱歌、搓麻、打牌等技能?；疑寄芤话悴粫?huì)白紙黑字地寫在招聘要求上，但是很多人都心知肚明。同樣“灰色”的off-the-books income（灰色收入）指的是不記入賬的那部分收入。
很多人認(rèn)為“灰色技能”吃香是因?yàn)槲覈鐣?huì)是a society that focuses too much on relationships（人情社會(huì)），也有人認(rèn)為這是因?yàn)槲覈?strong>exam-oriented education（應(yīng)試教育）無法培養(yǎng)企業(yè)需要的人才。
