24日上午，國(guó)務(wù)院新聞辦公室舉行第一次全國(guó)地理國(guó)情普查(national geoinformation survey)工作和公報(bào)發(fā)布會(huì)(press briefing)。此次普查歷時(shí)3年多，投入5萬人，使用了遙感衛(wèi)星(remote sensing satellite)、無人機(jī)(drone, unmanned aerial vehicles)、三維激光掃描(3D laser scanning)車等技術(shù)手段，查清了我國(guó)自然、人文地理要素的現(xiàn)狀及空間分布情況。為最大限度提高地理國(guó)情普查精準(zhǔn)度，普查部門一方面采用"衛(wèi)星+航空攝影"(satellite and aerial photography)相結(jié)合的方式，獲取優(yōu)于1米分辨率(resolution)的高精度遙感影像，另一方面實(shí)施人工野外實(shí)地核查(on-site verification)，進(jìn)一步提高普查質(zhì)量。

國(guó)家測(cè)繪地理信息局局長(zhǎng)庫(kù)熱西·買合蘇提介紹稱，普查獲得的地理信息一方面囊括了我國(guó)地表自然資源(natural resources)要素基本情況，包括耕地(arable land)、林地、草地、湖泊、荒漠和裸露地表(deserts and bare lands)、冰川(glacier)等的位置、范圍、面積(location, range and area)等信息；另一方面也查清了與人類活動(dòng)相關(guān)的交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)(traffic network)、居民地與設(shè)施(residential land and facilities)、地理單元(geographical unit)等人文地理要素基本情況，掌握了其類別和位置。

據(jù)了解，地理國(guó)情普查的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)從一開始就向公共部門(public departments)開放，打破部門、區(qū)域之間的數(shù)據(jù)壁壘(barrier)，以提供更優(yōu)質(zhì)的公共服務(wù)(public service)產(chǎn)品。目前，普查和監(jiān)測(cè)成果已在精準(zhǔn)扶貧(targeted poverty alleviation)、不動(dòng)產(chǎn)統(tǒng)一登記(unified property registration)、重點(diǎn)城市黑臭水體(black and odorous bodies of water)整治、打擊違法用地(illegal land use)違法建設(shè)專項(xiàng)行動(dòng)等領(lǐng)域和地名、農(nóng)業(yè)等普查中發(fā)揮了重要作用(play an important role)。
