本期圍繞綠色發(fā)展主題，從《中共中央關(guān)于制定國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展第十三個(gè)五年規(guī)劃的建議》（以下簡稱《建議》）中挑選了19條術(shù)語，涉及綠色發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵及實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色發(fā)展的重要制度和舉措等內(nèi)容。其中一些術(shù)語亦見于今年全國兩會重要文件。
