Besides, they are targets of discrimination. For example, in their zeal to appear "family friendly," companies often overcompensate at the expense of singles, pressuring unmarried employees to travel more frequently, work more weekends and holidays, and so on.
不僅如此，單身人士還得承受來自社會(huì)的不公正待遇。例如，公司為了對(duì)有家庭的人表示友善，往往會(huì)犧牲單身人士的利益，比如說他們會(huì)讓單身人士更經(jīng)常地出差，周末和假期也常讓他們來加班等。
