博鰲亞洲論壇2016年年會(huì)24日上午在海南省博鰲開幕。國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)出席開幕式并發(fā)表主旨演講，強(qiáng)調(diào)亞洲是世界和平發(fā)展的重要力量，是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要引擎，也是世界文明進(jìn)步的重要推動(dòng)者。

下面我們就來(lái)看看李克強(qiáng)總理是如何重點(diǎn)闡述中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)“怎么看”、“怎么干”。

我們要積極發(fā)展新經(jīng)濟(jì)，大力培育新動(dòng)能，改造和提升傳統(tǒng)動(dòng)能，形成發(fā)展的“雙引擎”。
China will actively foster new growth drivers while transforming and upgrading traditional ones so that they will form "twin engines" to propel China's development.

保持中高速增長(zhǎng)是我們的目標(biāo)。我們將按照創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享新發(fā)展理念，堅(jiān)持發(fā)展是第一要?jiǎng)?wù)，而且注重發(fā)展的質(zhì)量和效益，來(lái)動(dòng)力充足地保持中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)中高速長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行，并不斷邁向中高端水平。
China?will endeavor to maintain medium-high growth in the long term and promote the development toward the medium-high end.

亞洲作為新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體最集中的地區(qū)，總體仍保持了增長(zhǎng)勢(shì)頭。
Asia is home to the largest number of emerging economies and has kept up growth momentum.

去年亞洲僅發(fā)展中國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)增速就達(dá)到6.5%，對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)貢獻(xiàn)率為44%。
In Asia, developing countries alone recorded average growth of 6.5 percent in 2015, contributing about 44 percent of the world's total growth.

因此亞洲有理由增強(qiáng)信心，但是需要激發(fā)活力，形成動(dòng)力，這就可以不僅為亞洲自己，也為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇發(fā)揮更大作用。
We have reason to be more confident, but we must foster further growth momentum, and play a more important role in the economic recovery of Asia itself and the world at large.

我們也希望，世界各國(guó)深化合作，同舟共濟(jì)，加強(qiáng)宏觀政策協(xié)調(diào)，共同反對(duì)各種形式的貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義。
We hope that all countries in the world will deepen cooperation, coordinate policy and oppose protectionism in any form.

亞洲能夠在近幾十年里實(shí)現(xiàn)快速增長(zhǎng)，一個(gè)重要原因是保持了總體和平穩(wěn)定。
One important reason why Asia had achieved a rapid growth over the past decades is that the region kept a generally peaceful and stable environment.

對(duì)話合作才是“金鑰匙”。
Dialogue and cooperation is the golden key.

戰(zhàn)后亞洲發(fā)展歷程和經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示我們，不管處于什么樣的發(fā)展階段，我們都應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持睦鄰友好，不為一些小的摩擦和矛盾所干擾。
Inspired by history and experiences after the WWII, Asian countries should be good neighbors and friends and not be disturbed by minor frictions and contradictions, no matter what stage of development they are in.

亞洲各國(guó)堅(jiān)定信心，團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作，就一定能克服困難，迎來(lái)光明的前景。
Asian economy is in a difficult situation, we called for coordination and united efforts to overcome difficulties.

時(shí)至今日，距離國(guó)際金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)已近8年，但其深層次影響尚未消除。
Eight years have passed since the occurrence of the international financial crisis, but its profound impacts have not been eliminated.

世界經(jīng)濟(jì)仍處在深度調(diào)整之中，發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟(jì)體復(fù)蘇低迷，新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體走勢(shì)分化。
The recovery remains uneven in the emerging economies and sluggish in the developed ones.

但是，一旦經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行滑出合理區(qū)間，我們會(huì)果斷采取綜合性措施，來(lái)防止失速，保持經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行在合理區(qū)間。
The government will resolutely take comprehensive measures if the economic growth slips out of the "reasonable range." The government will prevent the loss of speed and maintain economic growth within a reasonable range.
