路透社記者：金融市場

李克強(qiáng)：金融首要任務(wù)還是要支持實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)不發(fā)展，是金融最大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
The top priority of the financial sector is to support the development of the real economy. The truth is, the dysfunctional real economy presents the largest risk to the financial markets.

不論是股市、債市、匯市這些金融市場，本質(zhì)上是市場，還是要推進(jìn)市場化、法治化的改革。
Whether it is stock markets or bond and currency markets, they are after all markets, so we will continue to pursue market-oriented reform and establish a sound, legal framework for the operation of those markets.

中央有關(guān)部門和地方要分層負(fù)責(zé)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題要及時(shí)處置，防止苗頭性的問題蔓延，當(dāng)然也不能容忍道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)?？傊€是要瞪大眼睛，練就一雙加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管的“火眼金睛”。
Responsibility must be matched with power; governments, departments and local authorities must perform their assigned possibilities conscientiously and promptly handle any possible latent risk, and also guard against moral hazards. 李克強(qiáng)：我們堅(jiān)信只要堅(jiān)持改革開放，中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)就不會(huì)“硬著陸”。
We believe that there will not be a hard landing as long as we stick to the reform path.

我們把培育新動(dòng)能和改造提升傳統(tǒng)動(dòng)能結(jié)合起來，形成中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的“雙引擎”，就會(huì)闖過困難的關(guān)口，躍上希望的高原。
If we combine the "fostering of new drivers" and "upgrading of old engines" and make them the "double-engines" of the Chinese economy, it will go through the pass of difficulties and leap to the plateau of hope.

李克強(qiáng)：中美的共同利益是在不斷擴(kuò)大，而且遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于分歧。

現(xiàn)在美國正在舉行大選，很熱鬧，吸引眼球，但是不管花落誰家，最后誰當(dāng)總統(tǒng)，我相信中美關(guān)系向前發(fā)展的大勢不會(huì)改變。
