Fauxductivity, faux + productivity, means pretending to work hard, or busyness that consists of trivial or unproductive activities.
Fauxductivity,即faux(假的)和productivity(生產(chǎn)力),指假裝很努力工作或很忙碌的樣子,其實(shí)都是在做一些微不足道或沒什么成效的事情。我們稱為“裝忙”。

坐在桌邊整天敲擊著鍵盤,看上去做了很多工作的樣子。當(dāng)然,如果敲擊鍵盤是在跟朋友聊天的話自然就不是在工作了,但別人并不知道。這就是“裝忙”的一種。
