說(shuō)起window shopping，大家應(yīng)該都不陌生吧？它說(shuō)的是人們逛街的時(shí)候只會(huì)瀏覽櫥窗里的商品，但不會(huì)花錢(qián)消費(fèi)的行為，多譯為“只逛不買(mǎi)”。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物大行其道的今天，window shopping也有“電子版”了，就是monitor shopping。
Monitor shopping is another form of window shopping, except that instead of wandering in stores, all you have to do is to log onto a shopping website. You’re online only browsing, not looking for anything in particular because you can’t afford it or you don’t need any of them, but you enjoy looking anyway. Maybe you’ll save something in your favorites or shopping cart for when you do have money.
Monitor shopping（字面意思為“瀏覽器購(gòu)物”）是“只逛不買(mǎi)”（window shopping）的另一種形式，只不過(guò)你閑逛的地方不再是實(shí)體商店，而是購(gòu)物網(wǎng)站，即“只瀏覽不購(gòu)物”。你登陸各類(lèi)購(gòu)物網(wǎng)站只是為了過(guò)過(guò)眼癮，而不一定要買(mǎi)什么東西，因?yàn)槟憧赡苜I(mǎi)不起或者根本不需要那些東西。不過(guò)單純的瀏覽過(guò)程已經(jīng)讓你很享受了?；蛟S你會(huì)把看中的一些東西放入收藏夾或購(gòu)物車(chē)等著以后有錢(qián)了再買(mǎi)。

I have been monitor shopping the whole afternoon, my neck is killing me now.
我一下午都在購(gòu)物網(wǎng)站閑逛，現(xiàn)在脖子疼得要命。
