近日在中央國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)工會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)、中國(guó)科學(xué)院工會(huì)和中國(guó)科學(xué)院心理研究所聯(lián)合主辦的“機(jī)關(guān)文化建設(shè)"心"視角研討會(huì)”上公布會(huì)的數(shù)據(jù)顯示,六成以上機(jī)關(guān)干部職工有中度及以上壓力感,其中13.5%的職工承受著重度或極重壓力。

A recent survey of 2,239 public servants from 20 different central state organs found that 63.3 percent of those interviewed complained of moderate and above-average levels of stress, while 13.5 percent of them suffered severe or extreme stress, resulting in acute anxiety, insomnia and depression.
近期一項(xiàng)針對(duì)20個(gè)中央國(guó)家機(jī)關(guān)2239名公務(wù)員的調(diào)查顯示,63.3%的公務(wù)員表示有中度及以上壓力感,其中有13.5%承受著重度或極重壓力,表現(xiàn)為極度焦慮、失眠和情緒低落。
公務(wù)員的causes of stress(壓力來(lái)源)主要有:heavy workloads(工作量大), overwhelming responsibility(工作責(zé)任多), high public expectations(公眾期望高), lack of opportunities for promotion(晉升機(jī)會(huì)少)以及 incessant scrutiny(無(wú)休止的監(jiān)督檢查)。
另外,intense workplace competition(職場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈)和decline in public trust(公眾信任度降低)也是導(dǎo)致公務(wù)員壓力增加的原因。
