Emotional Eaters 情緒化暴食者
Emotional eaters are those people who eat for psychological reasons, turning to junk food when they are anxious, depressed or stressed.
情緒化暴食者是那些出于心理原因而暴飲暴食的人,他們通常在焦慮、抑郁或壓力大的時候狂吃垃圾食品。
Feasters 貪吃型暴食者
Feasters find it hard to stop eating. When most people eat, a specific hormones in our gut send a strong message to the brain, telling the brain the stomach is full. But if a person is a feaster, scientists believe they produce less of the gut hormone. It means the signal telling a person to stop eating is weaker.
貪吃型暴食者一開吃就停不下來。大多數(shù)人在吃飽的時候,胃腸會分泌出一種荷爾蒙,向大腦發(fā)出強烈訊號,告知大腦自己已經吃夠了。但科學家認為,貪吃型暴食者分泌的這種荷爾蒙更少。這意味著告知大腦應該停止進食的訊號也較弱。
Constant Cravers 吃不飽型暴食者
Constant cravers feel hungry most of the time. Scientists believe this factor could indicate a person has more of the genes that tend to make you feel hungrier.
吃不飽型暴食者總是覺得餓。科學家認為這是因為這種人帶有更多讓人感覺饑餓的基因。
