有些事物雖然貌不驚人，卻蘊含著奇特的內(nèi)在或非凡的價值，和那些徒有其表的東西形成鮮明對比，這種不可貌相的事物就叫sleeper（潛伏者）。
Sleeper refers to outwardly common looking item that possesses something special or unique inside.
“潛伏者”指那些外表看起來很平凡但卻蘊含奇特內(nèi)在的事物。
Example:
That boring looking car is a real sleeper with that big turbo hiding under the hood and nary a sticker or scoop to be seen anywhere on it.
那輛看起來平凡無奇的車是個真正的“潛伏者”，引擎蓋下裝有巨大的渦輪增壓機，這種配置上哪兒也買不到。
