有些自戀的人很高調(diào)，時常把自己的成就掛在嘴邊；有些人比較低調(diào)，時刻說自己怎么不好，就算自夸也是拐著彎兒邊罵邊夸，我們管這叫humblebrag（謙虛自夸）。
Humblebrag, the combination of humble and brag, is the lowest, most despicable and loathsome form of self promotion, often delivered in one or two fragmented sentences on social networking sites. A typical and popular approach is to use a disingenuous complaint about something, a self-deprecating statement or a comment on something completely innocuous, as a vehicle to deliver the real message, which invariably shows the person in a favorable light. Humblebrag，就是humble（謙虛）和brag（吹噓、自夸）二詞的合成形式，即“謙虛自夸”，是一種最低級、最讓人鄙視、最令人厭惡的自我吹捧方式，通常以一兩個零散句子的形式出現(xiàn)在社交網(wǎng)站上。常見的典型“謙虛自夸”手段就是通過對某事很虛無的抱怨、自我貶低式的言論或者對某個毫無關(guān)聯(lián)事物的評論來傳遞他真正想傳達的信息，而這個信息體現(xiàn)的肯定是他好的一面。事實上，這種謙虛自夸行為說明他們是極度需要關(guān)注、極度缺乏安全感的一群人。

我真不敢相信我這樣一篇毫無價值的小文章竟然在一家全國性報紙上發(fā)表了！
