這兩天,大家都在討論“不愛扔?xùn)|西是不是病”這個問題。其實,很多人都會收集一些對自己有意義的物品,這種懷舊的感性收集行為自然不應(yīng)該是病了。但是,如果一個人什么東西都不想扔,而且堆在一處影響正常生活,那可能就真是患上“強迫囤積癥”了。
Compulsive hoarding (or pathological collecting) is a pattern of behavior that is characterized by the excessive acquisition of and inability or unwillingness to discard large quantities of objects that cover the living areas of the home and cause significant distress or impairment.
強迫囤積癥(或病態(tài)收集癖)指過度大量收集物品且無法或不愿意丟棄任何物品的行為,收集的這些物品會占去家中很多空間,從而給家人帶來不便、增加煩惱。
Prevalence rates of compulsive hoarding have been estimated at 2-5% in adults, and is greater in older adults than younger groups, in men and women, and is inversely related to household income. Hoarding appears to be more common in people with psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. (Source: Wikipedia)
據(jù)估計,成年人當(dāng)中患強迫囤積癥的約占2-5%,其中,年長者多于年輕人,男女皆有,而且此癥比例多與家庭收入成反比。囤積癥在患有心理疾病的人群中更常見,如,抑郁癥、焦慮癥,以及注意力不足過動癥等。
