曾經(jīng)互為競爭對手的優(yōu)酷和土豆宣布合并時,有多少人乍舌,同時又有多少人稱贊?當(dāng)單打獨斗已經(jīng)無法為自己獲的明顯競爭優(yōu)勢的時候,合作競爭(coopetition)或許是一個不錯的出路。
Coopetition (or co-opetition) is the result when two competing companies with overlapping products or technology find it beneficial to work together – ultimately increasing sales for both companies.
“合作競爭”(coopetition或co-opetition)指兩家經(jīng)營同類產(chǎn)品或技術(shù)、互相競爭的公司意識到雙方合作會有更多收益后轉(zhuǎn)競爭為合作的情況,雙方銷售額都會因此有所增加。
Coopetition is a portmanteau of cooperation and competition. It occurs when companies interact with partial congruence of interests. Coopetition是cooperation(合作)和competition(競爭)兩個詞的合成形式。兩公司部分利益一致時多會采取該政策。與單打獨斗創(chuàng)造的利益和獨自掙扎獲取競爭優(yōu)勢相比,雙方合作創(chuàng)造的利益更大。
