隨著移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展,很多人獲取信息資訊的途徑不再是單純的報(bào)紙或電視等傳統(tǒng)媒體,而是微博、手機(jī)報(bào)等移動(dòng)社交媒體。由此也誕生了一撥只愛“短信息”,不看長(zhǎng)文章的news snackers。
News snackers are people with short attention spans who primarily get their news in short bursts from things like micro blog, RSS feeds, mobile phones and glimpses of TVs posted on gas pumps or in elevators. Like most snacks, they’re tasty and easy to digest but aren’t good for you in the long run.
News snackers指那些注意力時(shí)間較短,主要通過(guò)微博、RSS訂閱、手機(jī)以及加油站或電梯里的電視獲取新聞資訊的人,即“短信息愛好者”。這些快捷、簡(jiǎn)短的信息跟零食小吃一樣美味,而且容易消化,不過(guò)長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看對(duì)你并沒(méi)有什么好處。
For example:
He is a complete news snacker now. He’s not willing to read anything that goes with more than 140 characters.
他現(xiàn)在是個(gè)徹頭徹尾的“短信息愛好者”,任何超過(guò)140個(gè)字的東西他都不愿意讀。
