“走繩”的英文名為“slacklining”,是一項(xiàng)風(fēng)靡美國(guó)各大城市、但在中國(guó)還鮮有人知的運(yùn)動(dòng)。它是由國(guó)外的登山者在走鋼絲運(yùn)動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)上開創(chuàng)出來(lái)的。

在固定的兩點(diǎn)之間拉條尼龍繩,然后在繩子上面行走的運(yùn)動(dòng)就叫“走繩”,它可以鍛煉身體平衡。走繩與走鋼絲不同,繩子綁好后不要求像鋼絲繃得那么緊,可以有些彎度。
Slacklining can be traced back to climbing camps in Yosemite during the mid 1970s. Climbers would camp there for weeks blazing new routes up the mountains and in their time on the ground they starting rigging lines to walk across. The line's tension can be adjusted to suit the user and different types of dynamic webbing can be used to achieve a variety of feats.
“走繩”的發(fā)源地是美國(guó)約塞米蒂國(guó)家公園,那里是著名的攀巖圣地,攀巖者們經(jīng)常在公園扎營(yíng),琢磨上山的新路。上世紀(jì)70年代中期,一些攀巖者為了打發(fā)在山下無(wú)聊的時(shí)間,開始在兩點(diǎn)之間拉上繩子,并在繩子上行走。不同的人可以根據(jù)自己的水平自由調(diào)節(jié)繩子捆綁的松緊度,當(dāng)然,繩子綁得越松,晃動(dòng)得就越厲害,行走的難度也就更高。
Styles of slacklining include tricklining that is done low to the ground, waterlining or slacklining over water, highlining or slacklining at large distances above the ground or water, and so on.
根據(jù)人們“走繩”的地點(diǎn)和高度不同,走繩可以分為在離地面很近的繩子上行走的“花樣走繩”、在架在河流上面的繩子上行走的“水上走繩”、以及在離地面很遠(yuǎn)的繩子上行走的“高空走繩”等。
