超市內(nèi)的“便利廚房”grocerant

上了一天班怪累的,回家還要自己動(dòng)手做飯,有時(shí)候想想真是挺麻煩的一件事。不過(guò),這幾年好像有細(xì)心的超市老板也察覺(jué)到了上班族的這一心態(tài),于是,大大小小的“便利廚房”走進(jìn)了超市,同時(shí)也走進(jìn)了很多人的生活。國(guó)外把這樣的“便利廚房”叫做grocerant,字面意思?jí)蛎黠@吧。
Essentially grocerant is a restaurant inside a supermarket, a natural enough progression from in-store bakeries and a subtly different take on the take-out food outlet. No longer do you go to the store just buy the ingredients to cook with. Now you can buy the complete cooked meal, freshly prepared and ready to eat either in the supermarket, at your place of work, or to serve to the family at home.
Grocerant(便利廚房)其實(shí)就是設(shè)在超市里的餐館,是店內(nèi)面包房的升級(jí)版,但與外賣(mài)食品窗口又有所不同。你不用再去商店買(mǎi)原料回家自己加工。現(xiàn)在,你可以在“便利廚房”買(mǎi)到新鮮烹制的飯菜,你可以在店內(nèi)品嘗,也可以帶回單位食用或者帶回家與家人分享。
The name seems to have been created sometime around 1996 as an obvious blend of grocery and restaurant and remains a jargon term of the food business。
這個(gè)名稱(chēng)大約是在1996年出現(xiàn)的,由grocery和restaurant兩個(gè)詞組合而成,是食品行業(yè)的專(zhuān)用術(shù)語(yǔ)。
