臨近中秋,月餅擺上了商家最醒目的柜臺,不過因中央和地方狠剎月餅送禮之風(fēng)的“緊箍咒”,市場上的高端月餅禮盒和團(tuán)體采購,均呈明顯下降趨勢。而簡裝月餅因為價廉物美,頗受消費者青睞。

“簡裝月餅”的英文表達(dá)是mooncakes in basic packages。由于中央嚴(yán)令禁止use of public funds to buy gifts(公款送禮),往年賣得很火的deluxe gift boxes of mooncakes(豪華月餅禮盒)今年風(fēng)光不再。
另一方面,今年中國月餅的出口量卻有所回暖,尤其是廣東的月餅。廣東以出產(chǎn)Cantonese-style mooncake made with lotus seed paste and yolk(蓮蓉和蛋黃餡的廣式月餅)而著稱。近幾年,香港的snow skin mooncake(冰皮月餅)也極為走俏。
