由這段提問可知，“民生”相應的英文表達是“people's well-being”。此外，在特定語境下，“民生”也可表達為“people's livelihood”。

就漢語層面而言，溫總理《政府工作報告》中所指的“民生”重在強調(diào)人民的“福祉安康”，由此，與“l(fā)ivelihood”（生計）相比，“well-being”更貼切表達了總理的本意。
