The adoption of preferential tax rebate policies in the area should be encouraged to promote growth, and entry threshold between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong should be loosened to retain talent.
粵港澳灣區(qū)是國(guó)內(nèi)一流的科技產(chǎn)業(yè)、金融服務(wù)業(yè)及制造業(yè)的中心，應(yīng)給予該地區(qū)政策傾斜。政府應(yīng)鼓勵(lì)在粵港澳灣區(qū)實(shí)行優(yōu)惠退稅政策從而促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、放松內(nèi)地與香港之間的準(zhǔn)入門檻以留住人才。
