去年房市的瘋狂讓不少家庭成了“百萬負(fù)翁”,但貸款的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也應(yīng)該引起足夠的注意。如果未來收入出現(xiàn)變動,小心淪為“僵尸負(fù)債人”。
Zombie debtor is an indebted consumer who is only able to pay the debt interest each month.
“僵尸負(fù)債人”指的是每月僅能償還負(fù)債利息的欠債消費(fèi)者。
Zombie debtor refers to someone who is unable to pay off the capital of the loan, and whose repayments only service the interest charge.
“僵尸負(fù)債人”是指無法償還貸款本金,只能償還利息費(fèi)用的人。
例句:
In Britain, it is feared that 3.5m people will turn to payday lenders in the next six months but research shows that nearly two-thirds will regret the decision. Many will be unable to pay off the loan and risk becoming "zombie debtors".
