瑜伽健身之風(fēng)刮了好幾年,不少白領(lǐng)都熱衷于下班后到瑜伽會館舒展一下,放松身體和緊張的神經(jīng)。身體輕松了,可臉上的皺紋卻不會隨著消失。于是,有人研究出了一套面部瑜伽手法,通過做各種夸張的面部表情來鍛煉面部肌肉,減少皺紋。據(jù)說還挺有效,并且得了個可愛的名字“鬼臉瑜伽”。

This is Face Yoga, also called Grimace Yoga.
It's the latest weapon in the fight against the signs of aging. This is Face Yoga, also called Grimace Yoga. It’s a yoga technique which requires facial muscles to be stretched as far as possible in order to relieve pressure and prevent wrinkles. Tongues are stuck up and out, eyes are rolled back, eyelids are fluttered, mouths are opened and shut in silent screams or gummed in mock "Grandma without her teeth in" motions, noses are pushed up and back, necks are self-throttled.
面部瑜伽,也叫做鬼臉瑜伽,是對抗歲月痕跡的最新武器。這種瑜伽手法要求將面部肌肉最大程度拉伸,以此來舒緩壓力并預(yù)防皺紋產(chǎn)生。鬼臉瑜伽的動作有,將舌頭立起并伸出,眼睛來回轉(zhuǎn)動,眼皮快速眨動,嘴巴一張一合做出靜音尖叫狀或者模仿“沒牙老太太”的嘴巴活動方式,上下按動鼻頭,以及自己掐脖子等。
These strengthen and tone all 57 muscles of the face, neck and scalp. When you start to tone the muscles, it starts to move them back to their regular position. As you strengthen them, you start to see things like the muscles of your cheeks being lifted, your nose lifting up, your eyes becoming wider, your mouth corners turning up, fine lines become smooth.
這些動作能夠加強并舒緩面部、頸部和頭皮的全部57塊肌肉。肌肉得到舒緩時,它們就會回復(fù)到正常標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的位置。而當(dāng)肌肉得到加強時,你就會發(fā)現(xiàn)兩頰的肌肉有所提升,鼻子也比原來挺了,眼睛變大了,嘴角開始上揚,皺紋也平復(fù)了。
The idea behind the facial toning movement in general and Face Yoga in particular is that much as working out tones muscles in your body, the same applies to the muscles of your face.
面部瑜伽舒緩肌肉的原理跟健身活動舒緩身體肌肉的原理是一樣的,面部肌肉也可以通過運動來舒緩。
