公安部副部長黃明24日表示，將在全面深入推進(jìn)車檢改革的同時，推動機(jī)動車駕駛?cè)伺嘤?xùn)考試改革。據(jù)了解，人們期盼已久的駕照自學(xué)自考，或許在此輪改革中有所突破。

Under the reform, if someone wants to obtain a driver's license, they can learn the necessary skills on their own and register online for an examination, said Huang Ming, vice-minister of public security.
公安部副部長黃明表示，按照改革，人們可以自行學(xué)習(xí)駕車技能然后上網(wǎng)登記報(bào)考駕照。
此次reform on the issuing of driver's licenses（駕照改革）的目的是curb corruption in vehicle management departments（杜絕車管部門的腐敗）。改革有望實(shí)現(xiàn)眾人期盼已久的“駕照自學(xué)自考”。
根據(jù)現(xiàn)行規(guī)定，想考取駕照的人必須上至少64小時的driving classes held by training schools（駕校課程），包括兩門driving theory（駕照理論）課和兩門driving practice（駕照實(shí)踐）課。駕校學(xué)費(fèi)從5000元到1萬元不等，而且逐年上升?？忌荒躵egister for tests themselves（自行報(bào)考），而是由training agency registers on behalf of applicants（培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)代為報(bào)考）。
