中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話（US-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue）是中華人民共和國和美利堅合眾國兩國間的定期高層對話機制，討論包括雙邊、地區(qū)和全球政治、戰(zhàn)略、安全及經(jīng)濟議題（bilateral, regional and global political, strategic, security, and economic issues）。該對話機制是由中國國家主席胡錦濤和美國總統(tǒng)奧巴馬2009年4月1日在倫敦會晤時一致同意建立的。首輪中美戰(zhàn)略與經(jīng)濟對話于2009年7月27日開幕，次日閉幕。對話地點每年在兩國首都之間輪換。
本輪戰(zhàn)略對話，雙方將就中美關(guān)系（Sino-US relations）、各自內(nèi)外政策（domestic and foreign policy）、雙邊重要敏感問題（significant and sensitive bilateral issues）、兩國在亞太地區(qū)的互動（interaction between two countries at the Asia-Pacific region）以及共同關(guān)心的國際地區(qū)問題（international and regional issues of common concern）和全球性挑戰(zhàn)（global challenges）深入交換意見。
本輪經(jīng)濟對話，雙方將圍繞“推進相互尊重、合作共贏的中美經(jīng)濟伙伴關(guān)系”（to promote a Sino-US economic partnership of mutual respect and cooperative win-win）主題，就宏觀經(jīng)濟和結(jié)構(gòu)改革（macro-economic and structure reform）、深化貿(mào)易與投資合作（deepening cooperation in trade and investment）、金融業(yè)改革開放與跨境監(jiān)管合作（reform and opening-up of the financial sector and cooperation in cross-border supervision）三大議題舉行專題會議。
