全國(guó)人大代表、小米公司董事長(zhǎng)兼CEO雷軍在“代表通道”集中采訪中表示，中國(guó)制造要想進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，還需要發(fā)展軟實(shí)力。

Lei listed innovation, quality, design, and Internet Plus as the four pillars supporting the growth of the sector.
雷軍認(rèn)為，創(chuàng)新、質(zhì)量、設(shè)計(jì)和“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”是發(fā)展“中國(guó)制造”的四個(gè)發(fā)力點(diǎn)。

He said innovation including core technology breakthroughs and obtaining a technical discourse was the most important methods for development.

雷軍認(rèn)為，中國(guó)制造要想進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，除了硬實(shí)力，還需要發(fā)展軟實(shí)力。這個(gè)軟實(shí)力主要是產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)能力、還有改善用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)的能力。他說(shuō)：“如今消費(fèi)者只購(gòu)買(mǎi)覺(jué)得外觀好看的產(chǎn)品?！?/p>

He suggested China improve its own design abilities and cultivate more designers to build up Chinese brands worldwide.
他建議中國(guó)提升自主設(shè)計(jì)能力，培養(yǎng)更多的設(shè)計(jì)師，打造全球知名品牌。

Lei also attached importance to Internet Plus saying it has helped Xiaomi to grow.
雷軍認(rèn)為，還要重視“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”，小米公司的發(fā)展也從中受益。

全國(guó)人大代表、格力電器董事長(zhǎng)、總裁董明珠說(shuō)，現(xiàn)在中國(guó)制造發(fā)展的短板，在于一些核心關(guān)鍵部件依然沒(méi)有掌握在自己手上。談及“黑燈工廠”(指無(wú)人工廠)，她指出，類(lèi)似的新技術(shù)和新業(yè)態(tài)，是實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程當(dāng)中的一個(gè)升級(jí)，要看到其背后的力量。

“We have eight production bases in China, and most of which are now unmanned factories. We will ramp up resources to develop more core technologies,” said Dong.

According to her, previously the company had to import important components from other countries to make air conditioners. But thanks to persistent efforts in research and development, Gree’s in-house design departments now are good enough to meet the company’s own demand.
