交通運輸部部長楊傳堂今日在回答記者提問時表示,出租車行業(yè)管理看起來似乎不是一個多么大的問題,但是這項工作在全世界都是一個難題,特別是近年來網(wǎng)約車的興起,在給市民提供良好服務體驗的同時,也給當?shù)氐某鲎馄囆袠I(yè)帶來了巨大的沖擊。

The chief of transport authority on Monday criticized subsidies car-hailing applications are offering to their users, pledging to better regulate for-profit rides by private cars.
交通運輸部部長楊傳堂周一表示,打車軟件補貼用戶暴露出一些問題,將對私家車提供的有償乘車服務進行更嚴格的監(jiān)管。
Yang Chuantang, head of the Transport Ministry, said giving subsidies is a "short-term move" and imposes "unfair competition" on traditional taxi business. "The purpose (of giving subsidy) is to attract more passengers and to gain a bigger market share. The apps are profit-driven and will not give out subsidies forever," said Yang.
他說,有關企業(yè)實施的補貼是一種搶占市場份額的短期行為,一段時間內(nèi)對傳統(tǒng)出租車行業(yè)形成了不公平競爭。畢竟資本是逐利的,企業(yè)不可能長時間、無底洞地補貼下去。
Yang said a set of new rules have to be in place to suit the growth of online car-hailing and other emerging services.
楊傳堂表示,將出臺針對網(wǎng)約車、以及其它新興約車服務的新規(guī)。
The Transport Ministry pledged to "vigorously press ahead" reforms in taxi industry and to foster new driving force and speed up the development of new economy.
楊傳堂表示,將加緊推進出租汽車行業(yè)改革,培育壯大新動能,加快發(fā)展新經(jīng)濟。
