China plans to renovate 20 million units in its shantytowns during the 13th Five-Year Plan period (2016-20), which is an unprecedented number, but Chen has high confidence in the initial preparations.

The 2016 plans for the shantytown renovations are already ready, about two months earlier than expected, the governments have raised the necessary subsidies and loans from China Development Bank also have been obtained.

中國在“十三五”期間將計劃改造2000萬套棚戶區(qū)，這次棚改數(shù)量是前所未有的，但陳政高表示項目現(xiàn)已基本準備就緒，他堅信，今年能夠全面地完成棚改任務(wù)。

2016棚改項目現(xiàn)已基本準備就緒，比往年提早兩三個月。中央補助標準高于往年，國開行也已經(jīng)開放貸款。
