李克強：兩岸關(guān)系的和平發(fā)展確實造福了兩岸民眾，兩岸經(jīng)濟社會關(guān)系也在不斷密切，而且需要良性互動。
Peaceful development of cross-Straits relations is in the interests of people on both sides of the Taiwan Straits. Economic and social ties between the two sides are also becoming increasingly close, and there needs to be sound interaction between the two.

我對兩岸關(guān)系和平發(fā)展的前景是樂觀的，我們之間的血脈是分不開的。我相信兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的發(fā)展也會造福兩岸民眾，改善民生。
I for one feel optimistic about the future of peaceful development of cross-Straits relations. There is a strong tie between the two sides that cannot be severed. I also believe that closer business cooperation could bring benefits to people of both sides.

日本經(jīng)濟新聞記者：中日經(jīng)濟關(guān)系

李克強：現(xiàn)在中日關(guān)系雖然有改善的勢頭，但是還不鞏固，還比較脆弱，我們還應(yīng)該本著雙方對歷史問題的原則共識，而且做到言行一致。我可不愿意看到再走回頭路。
In particular, there has been some signs of improvement of Sino-Japanese ties, but it is not fully established yet and it is still fragile. We believe that it is important to adhere to the consensus reached between the two sides on the issue of principle involving history, and it is important to match one's words with concrete actions. What I don't want to see is another disruption in the holding of such a meeting.

中日韓三國或者說我們中日之間，應(yīng)該有智慧來推動智能制造、發(fā)展科技合作，創(chuàng)造人們需要的高質(zhì)量產(chǎn)品。
I also believe that the three countries, or between China and Japan, can have wisdom in boosting smart manufacturing and science and technologies to develop high quality products that can better meet consumer needs.

中央電視臺：降低“五險一金”的呼吁

李克強：社會保障基金是充裕的，在國家規(guī)定的統(tǒng)一框架下，可以給地方更多的自主權(quán)，讓他們根據(jù)當?shù)氐膶嶋H情況，階段性地、適當?shù)叵抡{(diào)“五險一金”的繳存比例是可以做的。總的是讓企業(yè)多減輕一點負擔，讓職工多拿一點現(xiàn)金。
On the whole there's still room for us to cut the contributions to these insurance schemes and fund and conditions of different localities vary from each other. As I said before, we still have ample social security funds and local governments can be given great autonomy to make their own decisions of adjusting downward such contributions in keeping with their local conditions. All in all the purpose of our effort is to lessen corporate burden and put more money in the pockets of our people.

農(nóng)民日報記者：農(nóng)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)性調(diào)整

李克強：同時，可以推進多種形式的適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營，使農(nóng)民能夠把勞動生產(chǎn)率提高，這樣就使我們的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品更有競爭力。當然，農(nóng)業(yè)始終是一個弱勢產(chǎn)業(yè)，國家對農(nóng)業(yè)的扶持力度不會減，對農(nóng)民支持的力度也不會減。
And we also develop appropriately scaled farming in agriculture to boost labor productivity and enhance the competitiveness of our agricultural products. In a word, the central government will continue to support the development of agriculture and enhance the well being of Chinese farmers.

我們會始終高度重視“三農(nóng)”問題，也會高度重視如何保護工人合法權(quán)益的問題。
All in all, we will continue to give very high priority to all issues related to agriculture, farmers and rural areas. And we will also pay very high attention to protecting the lawful interests of workers in the industrial sector.
