2008年9月25日，中國國務(wù)院總理溫家寶出席聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展目標(biāo)高級(jí)別會(huì)議，以及第63屆聯(lián)合國大會(huì)一般性辯論。溫家寶在一般性辯論中向在場的150多個(gè)國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人表明中國要“堅(jiān)持改革開放，堅(jiān)持和平發(fā)展”。

聯(lián)合國大會(huì)一般性辯論（the general debate of the General Assembly session）

聯(lián)合國大會(huì)（General Assembly）是聯(lián)合國主要的審議、監(jiān)督和審查機(jī)構(gòu)，由聯(lián)合國全體會(huì)員國共同組成。大會(huì)每年9月至12月舉行常會(huì)。常會(huì)通常分兩個(gè)階段，前段為一般性辯論階段，后段為大會(huì)討論和審議列入議程的各項(xiàng)議題階段。
