China's economy has entered a period of new normal, which brings an opportunity for the development of a green and low-carbon economy and environmental protection, industry experts said during an annual event in Beijing last Friday.
China's 2014 economic growth edged down to a 24-year low of 7.4% from 7.7% in 2013, according to data from the National Bureau of Statistics released on Jan 20. The uninspiring picture has been expected by economists, who believe that it may not trigger aggressive policy stimulates as the top leadership has tolerated a "new normal" development rate.
再給大家補(bǔ)充一點(diǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)常識,GDP的定義為:the gross national product excluding the value of net income earned abroad(除去在國外所賺凈收益價值的國民生產(chǎn)總值)。這個概念區(qū)別于GNP,gross national product(國民生產(chǎn)總值),the total value of the goods and services produced by the residents of a nation during a specified period(一定時期內(nèi)一個國家居民生產(chǎn)的商品和服務(wù)的價值總和)。
中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的新常態(tài)有幾個主要特點(diǎn):速度——"從高速增長轉(zhuǎn)為中高速增長"(the economy has shifted gear from the previous high speed to a medium-to-high speed growth),結(jié)構(gòu)——"經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷優(yōu)化升級"(the economic structure is constantly improved and upgraded),動力——"從要素驅(qū)動、投資驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)向創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動"(the economy is increasingly driven by innovation instead of input and investment)。
