中央紀(jì)委1月15日發(fā)布了《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第十八屆中央紀(jì)律檢查委員會(huì)第三次全體會(huì)議公報(bào)》。公報(bào)指出,要堅(jiān)持以零容忍態(tài)度懲治腐敗,堅(jiān)決遏制腐敗蔓延勢(shì)頭。
各級(jí)黨委(黨組)特別是主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)必須樹(shù)立不抓黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)就是嚴(yán)重失職的意識(shí),主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是第一責(zé)任人。
Chief officials of Party organs at all levels should be aware that failing to curb corruption is a serious breach of duty. They will be the first to be held responsible if corruption occurs in their field of responsibility.
深入落實(shí)中央八項(xiàng)規(guī)定精神,強(qiáng)化紀(jì)律建設(shè),持之以恒糾正“四風(fēng)”。
Discipline agencies will continue to fight undesirable work styles, such as formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and extravagance, in line with the eight-point guidelines issued by the CPC leadership in December 2012.
嚴(yán)禁用公款互相宴請(qǐng)、贈(zèng)送節(jié)禮。嚴(yán)肅查處黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部到私人會(huì)所活動(dòng)、變相公款旅游問(wèn)題。重點(diǎn)糾正領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部利用各種名義收受下屬以及有利害關(guān)系單位和個(gè)人的禮金行為。
The country will continue the ban on officials spending public money on expensive dinners, gifts and tours, visiting private clubs, as well as accepting gifts and money from their subordinates and persons of interest in any form.
對(duì)違紀(jì)違規(guī)行為,點(diǎn)名道姓通報(bào)曝光。
The CCDI also pledged name-and-shame measures on officials if they were caught violating the guidelines and bans.
嚴(yán)格審查和處置黨員干部違反黨紀(jì)政紀(jì)、涉嫌違法的行為,嚴(yán)肅查辦貪污賄賂、買(mǎi)官賣(mài)官、徇私枉法、腐化墮落、失職瀆職案件。
Discipline inspection agencies will continue investigating and punishing officials violating Party rules and laws, especially those embezzling public money, taking bribes, selling or buying government positions, bending laws for personal ends, living a corrupted lifestyle and failing to fulfill their duties.
加大國(guó)際追逃追贓力度,決不讓腐敗分子逍遙法外。
We will step up our efforts to hunt down corrupt officials who flee abroad and retrieve their illegal income. They will never go unpunished.
加強(qiáng)對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部特別是主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的監(jiān)督。對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部報(bào)告?zhèn)€人有關(guān)事項(xiàng)情況開(kāi)展有針對(duì)性的抽查核實(shí)。
Senior officials will be under stricter scrutiny. Discipline agencies will double-check the information they are asked to report, mostly about their personal lives, for instance, whether their spouses and children have migrated.
對(duì)紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察干部嚴(yán)格要求、嚴(yán)格監(jiān)督、嚴(yán)格管理,堅(jiān)決查處違紀(jì)違法行為。自覺(jué)接受黨組織、人民群眾和新聞?shì)浾摰谋O(jiān)督。
The CCDI pledged to police its own officers, severely punish any corrupt ones and be open to supervision from other Party departments, the public and media.
