手是女人最容易衰老的身體部位。預防“家庭主婦手”，就要勤擦護手霜，在寒冷的天氣帶上棉手套或皮手套，別忘記在洗碗洗衣服時戴上塑膠手套，并盡量選用不傷手的洗潔精和洗衣液。
