研發(fā)“空氣監(jiān)測設(shè)備”

全國政協(xié)委員、國家環(huán)保部下屬的中國環(huán)境監(jiān)測總站研究員溫香彩3日表示，目前國內(nèi)現(xiàn)用的PM2.5監(jiān)測設(shè)備和技術(shù)主要是依賴進(jìn)口，中國應(yīng)盡快加強相關(guān)技術(shù)設(shè)備的研發(fā)，形成具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的先進(jìn)環(huán)境空氣監(jiān)測技術(shù)方法體系和環(huán)境空氣質(zhì)量評價技術(shù)方法體系。
China should speed up the research and development on air monitoring equipment in line with the rising demand after the country puts in place stricter air quality standards. The equipment and technologies that China is using to monitor PM2.5 -- fine particles 2.5 microns or less in diameter -- are mainly from other countries.
按照國家實施嚴(yán)格的空氣質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)后需求的不斷增加，中國應(yīng)該加快研發(fā)環(huán)境空氣監(jiān)測設(shè)備。目前中國使用的PM2.5（大氣中直徑小于或等于2.5微米的顆粒物）監(jiān)測設(shè)備和技術(shù)主要是依賴進(jìn)口。
China's Cabinet, the State Council, on Wednesday passed revised air quality standards which include an index for the concentration of PM2.5. The monitoring will cover 113 model cities on the state environmental protection list and all cities in 2015.
國務(wù)院通過修訂《環(huán)境空氣質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》，將PM2.5濃度指數(shù)納入了監(jiān)測范圍。到2015年，監(jiān)測將覆蓋113個國家環(huán)保名單中的樣板城市和所有的地級城市。
China needs to invest 2 billion yuan (317 million U.S. dollars) on equipment and technologies to build such a nation-wide monitoring network. With sufficient technical and financial support, China is capable of developing its own advanced air monitoring equipment with intellectual property rights.
要建成實現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)的全國性的監(jiān)測覆蓋網(wǎng)絡(luò)，技術(shù)設(shè)備投資預(yù)計需要20億人民幣。配以足夠的技術(shù)資金支持，中國是有能力發(fā)展擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的先進(jìn)的空氣監(jiān)測設(shè)備。
