“外地購房者”遭“限購”

日前，“全國最嚴(yán)格限購”在京出臺(tái)。新政提高了外地人的購房門檻，在一定程度上提高了外地投資客進(jìn)入北京樓市的門檻。

外地購房者因嚴(yán)格的房產(chǎn)新政購房受阻：按照新出臺(tái)的的“京版國八條”，北京數(shù)百萬戶外地戶籍家庭將無法購置新房，該項(xiàng)新政旨在給北京的房地產(chǎn)市場降溫。
文中的migrant buyers就是指“外地購房者”，migrant指“移居者”，這里是指戶籍不在北京的購房者。樓市“限購令”的出臺(tái)給市場帶來不小波動(dòng)，那么“限購”英文該怎么說呢？來看下面的報(bào)道：

Property-purchasing limitations就是“限購”，也稱為homebuying restrictions。在second- and third-tier cities（二、三線城市）納入限購范圍前，first-tier cities（一線城市）已紛紛出臺(tái)限購措施。
