三亞已啟動(dòng)三亞市物價(jià)補(bǔ)貼聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制，為三亞全市符合條件的62萬(wàn)城鄉(xiāng)居民發(fā)放2014年上半年物價(jià)補(bǔ)貼，每人一次性補(bǔ)貼360元，共需發(fā)放補(bǔ)貼資金22320萬(wàn)元。

Residents of South China's Sanya city, Hainan province, are set to each get a subsidy of 360 yuan as the local government began granting half-year funds on Monday to offset rising prices.
海南省三亞市政府周一開(kāi)始發(fā)放上半年物價(jià)補(bǔ)貼資金，該市居民每人可領(lǐng)到360元的補(bǔ)貼。
此次并非三亞首次發(fā)放物價(jià)補(bǔ)貼（subsidy to offset rising prices）。自2010年8月第一次啟動(dòng)物價(jià)補(bǔ)貼機(jī)制以來(lái)，三亞已多次為符合條件的居民發(fā)放物價(jià)補(bǔ)貼。我們平時(shí)能領(lǐng)到的其他補(bǔ)貼還有，房補(bǔ)（housing allowance）、交通補(bǔ)助（transportation allowance）、飯補(bǔ)（meal allowance）等。
據(jù)介紹，這次補(bǔ)貼對(duì)象為具有三亞本地戶(hù)籍的城鄉(xiāng)居民（residents with local household registrations），以及2013年11月－2014年4月間連續(xù)6個(gè)月以上（含6個(gè)月）參加三亞市從業(yè)人員基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)的非本地戶(hù)籍的在職人員和靈活就業(yè)人員(non-locals who have paid health insurance in the city for six months or more from November 2013)。
