近日,一條名為“奇虎360年會(huì)獎(jiǎng)品列表”的微博在網(wǎng)上引發(fā)熱議。和奇虎的“土豪”年會(huì)獎(jiǎng)品形成鮮明對(duì)比的,是“節(jié)儉令”下各大企事業(yè)單位年會(huì)規(guī)模和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)的大幅縮水,很多單位甚至取消了年會(huì)。

每到年末,各個(gè)企事業(yè)單位都要舉行“年會(huì)”,英文表達(dá)是annual conference或year-end dinner。年會(huì)是企業(yè)和組織在年底舉行的集會(huì),通常包括講話、表彰、dinner party(聚餐)、表演節(jié)目和prize draw(抽獎(jiǎng))等環(huán)節(jié),藉以總結(jié)一年的運(yùn)營(yíng)情況、鼓勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì)士氣、展望美好未來。
往年一些單位的年會(huì)慶典可能花費(fèi)上百萬元,年會(huì)成了一種public relations events(公關(guān)活動(dòng))和cozying up to government officials(巴結(jié)政府官員)的工具。如今企事業(yè)單位或者干脆不辦年會(huì),或者變得price-sensitive(精打細(xì)算),這使得event planners(活動(dòng)策劃人)的生意一下子冷清了。
