近日，一位公益人士微博爆料稱(chēng)，在山東濰坊，化工廠(chǎng)、造紙廠(chǎng)將致命性污水通過(guò)高壓水井壓到地下逃避監(jiān)管，而地下排污法已在很多地方悄悄進(jìn)行多年。

A municipal government in east China's Shandong province has offered a huge reward for clues or evidence of local enterprises pumping emissions underground.
山東省某市政府近日發(fā)布高額懸賞征集當(dāng)?shù)仄髽I(yè)地下排污的線(xiàn)索或證據(jù)。
Pumping emissions underground指將廢水、污水用泵排到地下，即“地下排污”。爆料稱(chēng)，當(dāng)?shù)匾恍┗S(chǎng)（chemical plants）和造紙廠(chǎng)（paper mills）將未經(jīng)處理的污水（untreated wastewater）通過(guò)高壓水井（high pressure water injection well）排到地下，造成地下水嚴(yán)重污染。
造成我國(guó)水資源污染的urban waste water（城市污水）、township household garbage（城鎮(zhèn)生活垃圾）、 industrial waste（工業(yè)廢水）以及 the chemical pesticide leakage（化學(xué)農(nóng)藥泄漏）等因素同時(shí)也導(dǎo)致地下水污染（underground water pollution）程度不斷加劇。
To offer a reward for something就是“懸賞征集…”，比如：The police is offering a reward of 5000 yuan for tips about the murder case. （警方懸賞5000元征集這起謀殺案的線(xiàn)索。）
