“固網(wǎng)運營商”將獲移動牌照

在中國移動通信業(yè)發(fā)展20年高峰論壇上，信息產(chǎn)業(yè)部副部長奚國華說：快速發(fā)展的移動通信業(yè)對固網(wǎng)用戶的分流替代效應(yīng)進一步加劇，這導(dǎo)致電信和網(wǎng)通兩家固網(wǎng)公司的日子不太好過，他呼吁早日向固網(wǎng)運營商發(fā)放全業(yè)務(wù)牌照。那么，“固網(wǎng)運營商”怎么說呢？

"The rapid development of mobile telecom services had lured away subscribers of fixed-line services," Xi Guohua, vice minister of information industry, was cited as saying.
The government will grant fixed-line operators licences for mobile telecom services "at an early date," Xi was quoted telling a telecom forum in Beijing.
奚國華說，移動通信的高速發(fā)展，分流了傳統(tǒng)固定電話業(yè)務(wù)。信息產(chǎn)業(yè)部將積極推進，爭取早日給固網(wǎng)運營商發(fā)放移動運營牌照。
固網(wǎng)運營商即“fixed-line telecom operators”，固網(wǎng)運營商的業(yè)務(wù)牌照為“fixed-line （telecom）operator licences”，固定電話用戶為“fixed-line users”。
