“獵頭”怎么說

報(bào)道中的headhunter就是“獵頭、獵頭公司”，詞綴head在此處引申為“人才”，指專門“獵取人才的中介公司”，看一面一個(gè)例句：Nowadays a good headhunter is as important as good staffs.（在今天的社會(huì)，好的獵頭和好的員工一樣重要。）
