因周正毅事件而備受市場關注的上海地產在停牌了兩年多的時間之后，終于在昨天起正式除牌。香港聯(lián)交所于周二發(fā)布通知，顯示上海地產控股有限公司的上市地位于昨天辦公時間結束后撤回。請看中國日報網(wǎng)站的報道：
Shanghai Land Holdings Ltd was officially delisted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx) yesterday, marking the end of the troubled Shanghai property developer. Stephen Liu Yiu-keung and Yeo Boon-ann have been appointed as jointliquidatorsof the company, to implement the transactions outlined in the Settlement Deed.
報道中的liquidator指"清算人"，即公司資產的清理人。如：representative liquidator（代理清算人）。與liquidator相關的liquidation指"（公司等的）停業(yè)清理，清算"、"（資產等的）變現(xiàn)"。例如，liquidation of fixed assets（固定資產的清理），liquidation sale（停業(yè)清理大拍賣）。
