正當(dāng)朝核問題六方會(huì)談在北京艱難進(jìn)行之時(shí)，平息了一段時(shí)間的伊朗核問題又起波瀾。在伊朗宣布重啟核活動(dòng)的決定后，英、法、德三國(guó)大為惱火。8月2日，三國(guó)外長(zhǎng)共同致信伊朗，警告伊朗不要“輕舉妄動(dòng)”。法國(guó)總理德維爾潘更是威脅要將伊朗核問題提交聯(lián)合國(guó)安理會(huì)解決。外電報(bào)道如下：Iran said it hoped to restart work at a uranium conversion plant on Wednesday and said a request by the U.N. nuclear watchdog that it wait a week for surveillance equipment to be installed was unacceptable.
The spokesman for Iran's Supreme National Security Council Ali Aghamohammadi said IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) inspectors and Iranian experts were at work at the plant near the central city of Isfahan.
"They are doing the executive work and we hope that today we will be able to restart the activities," he told reporters.
Surveillance意為“監(jiān)視，監(jiān)督”，例如：under surveillance（在管制[監(jiān)視]下）；electronic surveillance（電子監(jiān)視）；aerial surveillance（空中監(jiān)測(cè)）；high altitude surveillance（高空偵察）；distant surveillance（遠(yuǎn)距離觀察）；surveillance radar equipment（監(jiān)視雷達(dá)，縮寫為S.R.E）。
針對(duì)伊朗核問題出現(xiàn)的新危機(jī)，法國(guó)媒體認(rèn)為，能否通過談判解決伊朗核問題，這是對(duì)歐盟脫離美國(guó)、以獨(dú)立外交解決重大國(guó)際問題能力的一次重大考驗(yàn)。
