2017年11月10日至14日，中共中央總書記、國家主席習(xí)近平赴越南峴港出席亞太經(jīng)合組織（APEC）第二十五次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人非正式會議，并對越南和老撾進(jìn)行國事訪問。

這是黨的十九大之后，習(xí)近平主席首次出訪并在國際多邊舞臺發(fā)出中國聲音、并就亞太地區(qū)當(dāng)下面臨的問題提出中國方案。

無論是在APEC工商領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人峰會演講，還是與越共中央總書記會談，或者是跟老撾國家主席會談，習(xí)近平主席都表達(dá)了中國對亞太整體發(fā)展的關(guān)切，以及作為全球第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體的責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)。

中國與APEC共建亞太大家庭

亞太是全球經(jīng)濟(jì)最大的板塊，也是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的一個主要引擎。工商界是促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的生力軍，是新發(fā)展理念的探索者、實(shí)踐者。
Our region, the Asia-Pacific, has the biggest share of the global economy; and it is a major engine driving global growth. The business community is a primary contributor to growth, as it keeps exploring new ways of development.

China and Vietnam are close neighbors connected by mountains and rivers, good friends sharing weal and woe, good comrades with similar ideals and beliefs, and good partners for win-win cooperation.
