你在電腦鍵盤上打字的時(shí)候，用的是“盲打”還是“二指禪”？或者，你已經(jīng)很久沒有在正規(guī)鍵盤上打字了，多數(shù)都是在小屏幕上用拇指打字？

今天，我們就來說說這些打字方式的英文說法。

Hunt and peck (two-fingered typing), also known as search and peck or Eagle Finger, is a common form of typing, in which the typist presses each key individually.
Hunt and peck（或者two-fingered typing、search and peck、Eagle Finger）都指一種常見的打字方式，也就是每次單獨(dú)按一個(gè)鍵的打字方式，即我們俗稱的“二指禪”。

Instead of relying on the memorized position of keys, the typist must find each key by sight. Use of this method may also prevent the typist from being able to see what has been typed without glancing away from the keys.
打字的時(shí)候，打字者因?yàn)闆]有記住鍵盤上各個(gè)字母的位置，只能找到一個(gè)鍵，按一個(gè)鍵。用這種方式打字的時(shí)候，打字者光顧著看鍵盤了，可能無暇關(guān)注屏幕上打出來的內(nèi)容。

Although good accuracy may be achieved, any typing errors that are made may not be noticed immediately, due to the user not looking at the screen.
這樣，可能打字準(zhǔn)確度會(huì)比較高，但是如果有打錯(cuò)的地方，也不會(huì)立即被發(fā)現(xiàn)，因?yàn)榇蜃值娜艘恢睕]在看屏幕。

接下來，我們就說說與其對(duì)應(yīng)的“盲打”吧。

Touch typing is the basic technique in contrast to hunt-and-peck typing in which the typist keeps his or her eyes on the source copy at all times.
在英語里用touch typing來表示“盲打”，也就是打字的人根本不用看鍵盤，眼睛只盯著要輸入的文字內(nèi)容，（然后雙手在鍵盤上來回敲擊就可以了）。

到了21世紀(jì)，移動(dòng)電子設(shè)備的普及導(dǎo)致了一種新的打字方式的出現(xiàn)，那就是thumbing（拇指打字）。

A late 20th century trend in typing, primarily used with devices with small keyboards (such as PDA's and Smartphones), is thumbing or thumb typing. This can be accomplished using one or both thumbs.
20世紀(jì)末期出現(xiàn)了一種新的打字方式，拇指打字，主要用于掌上電腦和智能手機(jī)等鍵盤較小的設(shè)備。你可以用單手或者雙手的拇指來完成打字。
