A luxury villa, which was built based on the design of a renowned Chinese garden in East China's Suzhou city in Jiangsu province, is being sold at the astronomical price of 500 million yuan. The villa's exterior is built in the traditional Chinese architectural style, while the interior is decorated in a Western style. The property developers say only selected customers, whom they call "super buyers", are allowed to visit the sample villas.
