22日，國家主席習(xí)近平就中美兩國構(gòu)建中美新型大國關(guān)系提出四點(diǎn)建議。

他指出，中美兩國要堅(jiān)持構(gòu)建中美新型大國關(guān)系的正確方向，正確判斷彼此戰(zhàn)略意圖(read each other's strategic intentions correctly)，堅(jiān)定不移推進(jìn)合作共贏(advance win-win cooperation)，妥善有效管控分歧(manage their differences properly)，廣泛培植人民友誼(cultivating extensive friendship among people of the two nations)，共同開創(chuàng)中美更加美好的未來。

習(xí)近平還強(qiáng)調(diào)，發(fā)展依然是當(dāng)代中國第一要?jiǎng)?wù)(most urgent priority)。中國經(jīng)濟(jì)將保持平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展。我們將統(tǒng)籌穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)(coordinated development)、促改革、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)(promote structural adjustment)、惠民生(improve people's well-being)、防風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(forestall risks)，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)保持中高速水平(keeping its economic growth at a medium-high level)。中國堅(jiān)持改革開放(reform and opening up)，堅(jiān)持依法治國(the rule of law)，堅(jiān)持走和平發(fā)展(peaceful development)道路，愿同各國一道，構(gòu)建以合作共贏為核心的新型國際關(guān)系。
