愛德華?斯諾登的律師阿納托利?庫切列納7日證實(shí)，斯諾登已經(jīng)獲準(zhǔn)繼續(xù)在俄羅斯居留3年。

"The request was accepted and accordingly Edward Snowden was given a three-year residence permit" which allows him to move about freely and travel abroad, lawyer Anatoly Kucherena told journalists.

（斯諾登的）律師阿納托利?庫切列納對(duì)記者表示：“申請(qǐng)獲得批復(fù)，所以斯諾登又獲得了三年的居留許可”，他可以自由行動(dòng)，也可以出國。

斯諾登此次獲得的居留許可（residence permit）有效期為3年，屬于臨時(shí)居留許可。如果他想長期居住在俄羅斯，并自由出入俄羅斯的話，可以申請(qǐng)長期居留許可（permanent residence permit），也就是俄羅斯的綠卡（green card），這種許可有效期為5年。獲得長期居留許可5年之后，便可以申請(qǐng)入籍（naturalization），成為俄羅斯公民。
