三亞已啟動三亞市物價補貼聯(lián)動機制，為三亞全市符合條件的62萬城鄉(xiāng)居民發(fā)放2014年上半年物價補貼，每人一次性補貼360元，共需發(fā)放補貼資金22320萬元。

海南省三亞市政府周一開始發(fā)放上半年物價補貼資金，該市居民每人可領(lǐng)到360元的補貼。

此次并非三亞首次發(fā)放物價補貼（subsidy to offset rising prices）。自2010年8月第一次啟動物價補貼機制以來，三亞已多次為符合條件的居民發(fā)放物價補貼。我們平時能領(lǐng)到的其他補貼還有，房補（housing allowance）、交通補助（transportation allowance）、飯補（meal allowance）等。

據(jù)介紹，這次補貼對象為具有三亞本地戶籍的城鄉(xiāng)居民（residents with local household registrations），以及2013年11月－2014年4月間連續(xù)6個月以上（含6個月）參加三亞市從業(yè)人員基本醫(yī)療保險的非本地戶籍的在職人員和靈活就業(yè)人員(non-locals who have paid health insurance in the city for six months or more from November 2013)。
